HEALING THE WHOLE FAMILY

When a young person is struggling, the whole family is affected. At 4D Recovery, we provide integrated, evidence-based treatment, peer mentorship, family counseling, and psychiatric prescribing services—so everyone can move forward together.

We also collaborate with local Recovery High Schools to support students who need a recovery-focused educational environment.

Treatment Designed for Adolescents (Ages 14–17)

Available in Portland and Salem

Our programs are built specifically for young people—not adapted from adult treatment.

We provide individualized, evidence-based care for substance use and mental health:

  • Outpatient (OP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
  • Comprehensive assessments and treatment planning
  • Individual, group, and family counseling
  • Case management and care coordination

Integrated Psychiatric & Medication Services

We offer on-site prescribing and medication management, fully integrated into treatment—so families don’t have to navigate multiple providers.

  • Medication for substance use disorders (including MAT)
  • Mental health medication management
  • Coordination across clinical and peer support teams

Peer Mentorship & Recovery Community

Recovery is more than treatment—it’s connection.

Young people are paired with mentors in recovery and connected to a community where they can:

  • Build confidence and identity
  • Develop healthy relationships
  • Stay engaged through meetings, activities, and events

This combination of peer support and clinical care helps youth stay connected and engaged in recovery.

Family Support is Central to Our Approach

We don’t treat teens in isolation—we work with the whole family.

Families who are supported are more likely to see long-term success.

We provide:

  • Biweekly Family Support Groups
  • Education on substance use, mental health, and recovery
  • Tools for communication, boundaries, and rebuilding trust
  • Connection to other families navigating similar challenges
