Young Adult Services

Comprehensive Services Leading to Long-Term Recovery

Substance use recovery is not a short-term fix.

Research shows the strongest outcomes occur when individuals reach five years of sustained recovery—and 4D Recovery is built to support that journey.

For young adults ages 18–35, we offer integrated, evidence-based treatment, peer mentorship, transitional sober living, psychiatric prescribing, and a free drop-in recovery community.

Full clinical services and housing are available in the Portland Metro area. Drop-in recovery community centers are free and available across Oregon and Southwest Washington.
