Elton Frice brings both creativity and lived experience to her work at 4D Recovery. With a background in the performing arts—including theater, music, and dance—she has always been drawn to storytelling, connection, and community.

Elton entered recovery at the young age of 22, and has been sober since 2018. Having navigated recovery support as an adolescent herself, she carries a deep understanding of the challenges young people face and a passion for helping others find hope and belonging in recovery.

Her journey at 4D began at the front desk of the original MLK Center in 2020, working late nights and welcoming young people through the doors. Since then, she has grown with the organization, serving in 7 different roles and helping shape the community that once helped shape her.

Today, Elton serves as 4D Recovery’s Director of Development, where she combines storytelling, relationship building, and creative vision to inspire support and raise the vital funds that make recovery possible for youth and families. She is a Certified Recovery Mentor II (CRM II) in Oregon, a Certified Peer Counselor in Washington State, and received her Professional Fundraising certification through Boston University.

Outside of work, Elton is a proud mother, stepmother, and wife. Much of her time is spent with family and friends, enjoying quality time together.
