MacRae is a woman in long term recovery with 9 years clean and 8 years of giving back to multiple sponsees.  She is a recovery social media influencer and a recovery podcaster and plans to continue to recover out loud so people can find their way to the rooms of recovery.  She was in treatment as a teen and has a special place in her heart for the work we do with young people. Other than that she goes to the gym and recovery events every weekend.

MacRae has 30 years of financial experience and owned several small businesses in San Francisco including bookkeeping and web/graphic design.  She is a long time native of the Bay Area but moved to Portland in 2013 seeking something different.  This is where her recovery journey began.

MacRae came to 4D 4 years ago as a team of 1 in the finance department with a small budget. She is now the Finance Director with a team of 5 including 2 departments and a very large budget.  We have grown into an organized, highly functioning finance team and we continue to grow and take on more challenges.
