Max joined the 4D Recovery team in early 2022, bringing HR expertise to a flourishing and rapidly growing organization. With a background in performing arts and Human Resources administration, they focus on leading with compassion, support, and strategic organization. Their lived experience helps to develop creative and collaborative solutions with team members every day. 

They particularly enjoy opportunities to provide support to our amazing service team who make such an immense impact to our community every day. After losing too many friends and family members to addiction, Max is inspired daily by the enthusiasm and dedication shown by every member of our team, and they are thrilled to be able to provide support as we work towards our mission.

They achieved a Professional Human Resources certification in 2022 and aim to achieve the Senior PHR certification in 2026. Outside of work, Max enjoys social dancing, working with horses, bouldering, and otherwise spending time with friends and family.
