Tony Vezina is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of 4D Recovery, where he leads the organization’s vision to build recovery-centered communities for young people and their families across Oregon. He is known for advancing innovative, peer-based recovery support models and for shaping systems that make recovery more accessible and sustainable. Tony brings a unique blend of lived experience, policy leadership, and nonprofit expertise, and has helped position 4D as a leader in recovery services locally and nationally. He is currently leading 4D’s Capital Campaign to develop Oregon’s first Adolescent & Family Recovery Campus, expanding support for youth and families in new and meaningful ways.
Tony is deeply committed to ensuring that recovery is visible, supported, and possible for every young person and family. His work is driven by a belief that strong communities and peer connection can transform lives.
